I was delighted to find these ultra lite lite clips on FFS Lures site, I’ve been using Mustad ones up until now, & found them to be a bit heavy & the wire a little too thick to fit my micro jig heads etc. I used one today on the K & A canal @ Midgham with great results. The jig articulated perfectly & I’m sure it contributed to my success. The wire is super fine & the clip rated @ 10lbs I think. I found loading the jig really easy & will be looking out for some heavier versions for piking soon.
Now I'm 21 ( well I was over 50 years ago), I struggle with hooks and clips in the cold and wet. These spiral snaps are a doddle to attach and remove lures,jigheads or whatever else you use.
Great way to connect lures and much easier than loop to loop or tieing on a new lure.
